Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine: To help relieve symptoms of cold and u such as coughs, sore throat and mucus build-up of the upper respiratory tract and as a diaphoretic to help relieve fever in cases of the common cold and flu. As a sleep aid to help promote sleep. A good night's sleep helps your body carry on normal functions helping you heal faster.
Directions: Take a dose 30 minutes before bedtime.
- 2 to 4 Years Old: Take 1 Tbsp. per night.
- 5 to 9 Years Old: Take 2 Tbsp. per night.
- 10 to 11 Years Old: Take 2 Tbsp. 1-2 times per night.
- Elderberries: Antiviral.
- Propolis: Antibacterial.
- Unpasteurized Honey: Antibacterial, Protective layer for the throat.
- Apple Cider Vinegar: Antibacterial.
- Elderflowers: Diaphoretic, Expectorant.
- Echinacea: Immune System.
- Chamomile & Linden: Helps to promote a good night's sleep.
This product is not appropriate to be used in prevention. Take only at first sign of infection
