Return

Opened Products | For Exchange / Store Credit

  • Used/opened products with not more than 25% of the product may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days (some exclusions apply - see below).
    • Online & in-store purchases will be reimbursed as store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a reason for return.
  • To initiate an online return, fill out our PRODUCT RETURN FORM. Please allow 1-3 business days for your request to process.
    • Once your online return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be sent.
Certain returns may need to be approved by a manager. 

 

Refund 

Unopened / Defective Products | For a Full Refund

  • You can return items within 30 days with a receipt/proof of purchase for a full refund or store credit, if you prefer (some exclusions apply - see below). 
  • To initiate an online return for a refund, fill out our PRODUCT RETURN FORM. Please allow 1-3 business days for your request to process.
  • Refunds will be issued on the same method of payment as the original purchase (credit, debit, cash or online account).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We apologize that return freight and original shipping are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Diffusers and Mystifiers
  • Facial Tools (facial rollers, derma rollers, gua sha stones, eyelash curlers, cryo glow globes, scrubbers)
  • Gift Cards

 

Please note - we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges based on manufacturer return policy or at the discretion of our managers.
